About the Role
This is not a “watch and learn” internship.
You’ll be part of the team—supporting real campaigns, contributing ideas, and getting hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing.
You’ll work across content, social media, campaigns, and client projects, with exposure to how a full-service agency operates.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with social media content planning and posting
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Help draft and edit marketing copy (social, web, email)
- Conduct research on trends, audiences, and competitors
- Support campaign execution (ads, content, or launches)
- Assist with video shoots, events, or content production (when applicable)

What We’re Looking For
- Interest in marketing, communications, or content creation
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
Bonus If You Have
- Experience creating content (social, video, blog, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
- Interest in multicultural or Hispanic marketing
